The City of Crowley will be among those celebrating September as National Rice Month thanks to a proclamation signed Wednesday. Groups that witnessed the proclamation’s signing were the Acadia Parish Farm Bureau Rice ambassadors, USA Rice Federation members, local LSU AgCenter personnel and the Acadia Volunteers for Family and Community.
