ORANGE, CALIF. - Services were held on October 2, 2010 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Downey California for Oscar Ray ( O.T.) Bellard, 48, who died on September 15, 2010 in Orange, Calif. 

He is the son of Charles Milson and Anita Bellard Taylor both of Crowley. Oscar attended Crowley High School and McNeese University in Lake Charles. In 1984 Oscar joined the Air Force and did extensive traveling overseas. After leaving the military, Oscar worked in the health care industry for over 20 years. He owned and operated health care partners a consulting company in Orange County.  

He leaves to mourn his three children, Myosha of Eunice, Kendal Ray of DeRidder and Brandon of Lake Charles. He also leaves three sisters, Martha Hunter of Las Vegas, Nev., Beatrice Guillory and Eva Gayle Milson of Crowley; four brothers, Clarence (Polly) Milson of Houston, Jude Allen Milson of Lompoc, Calif. Mitchell Bellard, Wendell Milson of Crowley and Johnny Bellard of Lacombe. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Milson; mother Anita Bellard Taylor; two sisters, Anita Taylor Bercier and Charlotte Ann Dias; and one brother Charles Dee Dee Milson, Jr.
