BATON ROUGE -- Services will be Tuesday for former East Baton Rouge District Attorney Bryan Bush, Jr. He died Dec. 4 at age 76.
Bush was a native of Shreveport and graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he played baseball, and LSU Law School.
Survivors include his wife Julia, a son and three daughters.
Arrangements are by Rabenhorst.
Bank President
SICILY ISLAND -- Services will be Tuesday for Betty Peck Shaffer, one of the first female bank presidents in Louisiana. She died Dec. 3 at age 66.
She was president of Sicily Island State Bank for many years and was once named Master Farmer of the Year for her stewardship of the family’s Ferry Plantation.
Survivors include a son and a daughter.
Arrangements are by Comer, Ferriday.
