Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point will be the setting on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, for 6:30 p.m. wedding vows joining Rachel Lynn Labbe of Church Point and Jonathan Louis Broussard of Rayne in marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Charles Labbe of Church Point and the late Diana Labbe. Her grandparents are Mary Labbe of Church Point, the late “Brother” Labbe, Helen Thibodeaux of Church Point and the late Kurtney Thibodeaux. She is a 2004 graduate of Church Point High School and is currently employed at the Acadia-St. Landry Hospital in Church Point.

The prospective groom is the son of Jim and Pam Broussard of Rayne. His grandparents are Curlis Boulet, Masel Cormier and Elaine Broussard, all of Rayne, and the late Numa Broussard. He is a 2002 graduate of Rayne High School and is presently employed by Worley Catestophy Response.

Following their wedding, the couple plans to reside in Church Point.
