Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Duhon Funeral Home in Crowley for Edia T. Abshire 98, who died Sunday January 23, 2011 at Camelot Nursing Home.
Survivors include one son L.J. Abshire of Abbeville; one daughter Aldie Dugas of Eunice; eight grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Burial will be held in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in Lake Arthur under the direction of Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley.
