State Police said Tiffany White, 18, was west bound on La. 460 when she lost control of her Geo Tracker, left the roadway, hit the culvert and overtuned.
Troopers said White was waring a seatbelt when the crash happened shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday.
Investigation continues.
