Broussard - Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Friday, May 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. for Theola "Sis" Lopez Richard, 76 who died Wednesday, May 4, 2011 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette, LA.

Interment will be in the Arceneaux Cemetery, Rayne, LA .

Surviving are one son, Robert Richard and wife Rebecca of Broussard, four sisters, Gloria Ann Lopez of Rayne, Linda Credeur of Rayne, Georgie Robinson of Rayne, JoAnn Boudreaux of Rayne, three brothers, Louis Lopez of Opelousas, Wilton Lopez of Rayne, Austin Lopez of Rayne.

She was preceded in death by parents, Theo Lopez and Leah Aucoin Lopez, one sister, Eva Dell Gibbs.

She was born Tuesday, May 8, 1934 in Mire, LA, daughter of the late Theo Lopez and the late Leah Aucoin Lopez.

Mrs. Sis worked for Riverside Inn for over forty years.

Friends will be received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA. Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. until service.
