This Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 6:00 PM, in place of the weekly "Rendez-vous des Cajuns" show, the LIBERTY THEATER will host a performance of 'LOVESICK BLUES: AN EVENING WITH HANK WILLIAMS, SR." featuring HUGH HARRIS as Hank Williams, Sr.

This show is sponsored by the Louisiana Office of Tourism and LouisianaTravel.com

This musical, written and performed by Hugh Harris, depicts the highs and lows of the career of Hank Williams, Sr., and features performances of over twenty of his best-known songs.

Performing as Hank's "Drifting Cowboys" band are Kyle Harris, Gina Forsyth, Terry Huval, Bobby Dumatrait and Ken David.

Tickets are $13, all reserved seating and can be purchased at the Eunice Mayor's Office (337-457-7389) or, at the Liberty Theater ticket window Saturday, May 14 beginning at 4:30 PM.

AND, every Saturday in Eunice, LA, within a one block area of the Liberty Theater, you can enjoy visiting:

Eunice Depot Museum, the Cajun Music Hall of Fame and Museum and the Jean Lafitte Prairie Acadian Culture Center which hosts a music program every Saturday afternoon at 3:00 PM which is free and open to the public.
