Rayne - Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monday, June 20, 2011 at 6:30 P.M. for Frankie Plaisance, 51 who died Thursday, June 9, 2011.

Surviving are son, Vaughn Sproles; mother Meleze Menard Myers; sister, Patricia Sonnier and her husband Karl, brother, Edward Plaisance and wife Sarah, nieces and nephews, Jonathon Cranmore, Brandon Cranmore, Jessica Richard, nephew, Zachary Sonnier, nephew, Kameron Sonnier, Rachael Barras, Chad Plaisance, Derek Plaisance and Jeremy Plaisance.

He was preceded in death by his father Ellis P. Plaisance and one sister Carol Rahye Cranmore.

He was born Tuesday, March 8, 1960 in Lafayette, LA, Son of the late Ellis Plaisance and Meleze Menard.

Friends were received from 5:30 P.M. until Service time at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne.
