First responders on the scene included the Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office, Acadian Ambulance, the Iota Police and the Acadiana Parish Coroner's Office.
It appeared as though LeJeune lost control when his vehicle went from a hard top road onto a gravel portion of the road.
