Lafayette Police say the incident happened while the girl was attending a driver education course at "Let's Drive," which Trahan owns and operates.
During that time period Trahan is alleged to have improperly touched and had sexual relations with the juvenile victim. Trahan was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
The case remains under investigation.
Trahan is charged him with 2 counts of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and 1 count of Molestation.
