It's going to be a late night for Notre Dame and North DeSoto fans and players.
The Pioneers and Griffins have picked their location to resume action in their regional playoff baseball game. The two will resume the fourth inning in Rayne at approximately 8:45 p.m
Prior to the rain delay, the Pioneers were down 0-2 with North DeSoto having only one out and no one on base.
The isolated rain showers across Acadiana has caused the Notre Dame-North DeSoto baseball playoff game to be moved to a place and time tonight to be determined.
In the top of the fourth inning, North DeSoto is up 2-0. The Griffins have one out and nobody on base.
That is when the weather hit.
With today being the final day to play a game in this round, the teams are now scrambling to find a location to finish up their regional playoff game.
A time and location have yet to be announced, but it will be tonight.
