David and Margaret Morgan of Orange County, Calif. are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan, to Lance Casey Orillion of San Diego, Calif, son of Jim and Cindy Orillion of Rayne.

The couple will be married on Saturday, June 9, 2012, during a ceremony at Founder’s Chapel on the University of San Diego campus in San Diego, Calif. A reception will follow at The Prado in Balboa Park in San Diego.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Jerome and Mary Cope of Washington, D.C. and Ohio, and the late Robert and Eileen Morgan of VanCouver, Canada. She is a 2002 graduate of Mater Del High School, attained her psychology degree from Chapman University in Orange County, Calif., and is employed by EMP Consultants while serves as a chastity speaker for the Diocese of Orange, Calif.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Florence and the late A.C. Thibodeaux of Opelousas, and the late Jimmy and Olympe Orillion of Rayne. He is a 2001 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish in Crowley, 2006 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in architecture, and is employed as an associate at Safdie Rabines Architects in San Diego, Calif.

Following their wedding, the couple plans to reside in San Diego, Calif.
