Rayne - Funeral services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monday, June 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. for Zayne Michael Trahan, who died Thursday, June 14, 2012 in Women's & Children's Hospital in Lafayette, LA.
Interment was in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.
Our precious angel Zayne Michael Trahan is now with our lord above as family and friends were able to spend a short time with him on this earth. He was loved by his parents, mother, Lacey Cahanin of Rayne, father, Matthew Trahan of Rayne, paternal grandparents, Kurt and Shannon Trahan of Rayne, maternal grandparents, Timmy and Angie Cahanin of Rayne, paternal great grandparents, Steve and Dot Trahan of Rayne, paternal great grandmother, Terry Houston of Rayne, paternal great grandfather, Tom Houston , Georgia, maternal great grandparents, Lee George and Nell Cahanin of Rayne, maternal great grandmother, Ethel Menard of Crowley, paternal great great grandmother, Mary Rose Tucker of New Iberia, aunt, Darian Trahan of Rayne, uncle, Grant Trahan of Rayne, godmother, Lacie Arceneaux, godfather, Perry Faucheux.
He was preceded in death by maternal great grandfather, Raymond Menard, cousin, Thomas Houston.
He was born Thursday, June 14, 2012 in Lafayette, LA, son of Matthew Trahan and Lacey Cahanin.
