Regional legislative auditor

PINEVILLE – Services will be Thursday for CPA and legislative auditor James Lewis. He died July 9 at age 64.

He was legislative auditor over the Northern Louisiana area. He was CFO for the Rapides Parish School Board and also worked for the Rapides Foundation.

Survivors include his Patricia, two sons and a daughter.

Arrangements are by Hixson Bros.

Civic benefactor

JENNINGS – Services for civic leader Lena Oustalet will be Thursday. She died July 10 at age 84.

A co-founder of the Bubba and Lena Mae Oustalet Foundation, she was benefactor to many schools, foundations and churches in Jennings and across Louisiana and Mississippi.

Survivors include seven sons and three daughters.

Arrangements are by Matthews.

Former radio exec

SHREVEPORT – Services for former radio executive Billy Wilson will be Thursday. He died at age 82.

He was former general manager of KEEL/KMBQ and co-owner of KVKI dradio. He was a member of the board of Sports for Boys.

Survivors include a son and three daughters.

Arrangements are by Osborn.

Long-time attorney

NEW ORLEANS – Services for long-time attorney John Page, Jr. will be Saturday. He died July 10.

He was with McCloskey, Dennery, Page & Hennesy and then Lemie & Kelleher following a 1985 merger of the firms. He served two terms on the board of governors of the Louisiana State Bar Association and was on the initial steering committee of the Tulane Corporate Law Institute.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth, a son and a a daughter.

Arrangements are by Lakelawn, Metairie.
