Rayne - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. for Theresa LeBlanc, 81 who died Friday, August 17, 2012 in Lafayette General Medical Center Hospital.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne, LA.

Surviving are nephew, Melvin LeBlanc and wife Amy of Iota; niece, Gayle LeBlanc of Lafayette; great-nephew, Josef Shaw, great-niece, Camille Shaw, great-nephew, Jacob Shaw; great-nephew Dillon Launey, great-niece Brianne Stanford; great-niece, Gabrielle Shaw, great great-niece, Avaleigh Shaw;

She was preceded in death by her brothers Arnold LeBlanc and Melvin LeBlanc; one sister-in-law Wilma Roach LeBlanc.

She was born Saturday, December 6, 1930 in Crowley, Daughter of the late Raymond LeBlanc and the late Catherine Rayon LeBlanc.
