EVANGELINE - Marie Elise Hadaway and Bryson Wade Reppond, both of Iota, have announced their commitment to be wed on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at St. Joseph Church in Evangeline. Father Kenny Mayne will officiate the 6 p.m. nuptial Mass.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mary Ann and Larry Hadaway of Iota. She is the granddaughter of the late Mabel and Walter Fuselier of Iota, and Patsy Hadaway and the late John Hadaway of Boerne, Texas.

Marie Elise is a 2005 graduate of Notre Dame High School of Acadia Parish.

The groom-elect is the son of Mona and Warren Borel of Iota, and Tammy and Roy Reppond of Iota. He is the grandson of Leatrice and Hurley Gautreaux of Iota, and Virginia Reppond and the late Roy Reppond Sr. of Alabama. His step-grandparents are Charlotte and Leonard Zaunbrecher of Crowley and Becky and Warren Borel Sr. of St. Martinville.

Bryson is a 2004 graduate of Iota High School.

Following their wedding, the couple will reside in Iota.
