Montoucet presented the check on behalf of the Union Pacific Foundation in the amount of $10,000. Also taking part in the presentation were Gene Williams and Jay Suire, IRF General Chairmen and IRF Coordinator Roxie Viator. The 2012 International Rice Festival kicks off this weekend (Oct. 18-21) in downtown Crowley.
