Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Rayne at 2:00 p.m. for Bryan John Richard, 52, who passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012 at his residence in Rayne.

Interment was in the Indian Bayou Methodist Cemetery.

Deacon Tommy Adams conducted the funeral services.

Mr. Richard, a resident of Rayne, was the son the late Errol Joseph Richard and Virgie Richard Broussard.

He is survived by his daughter, Shellie Richard Comeaux and husband, Brandon; one son, Aaron Ryan Richard; his wife, Denise Daigle Richard; four brothers, Ronald Richard and wife, Brenda, Errol Richard and wife, Vicky, Ricky Richard and Bob Broussard; and two grandchildren, Jacie Richard and Macie Comeaux, all of Rayne.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Karen Meche and Melissa Breaux.

The family requested visitation be observed on Thursday, January 3, 2012, from 10:00 a.m to the time of services.

Pallbearers were Phillip Ware, Josh Boudreaux, Scott Richard, Toby Richard, Dusty Richard, Zackery Breaux.
