Rayne - Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. for Stephen Leger, 63 who died Thursday, March 14, 2013 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne.

Surviving are his wife, Beverly Dugas Leger; brother, Jerold Poncho and wife Adrienne of Sulphur; his children, Sara Poncho, Kole Poncho, Nicholas Poncho, Jude Poncho and Cade Poncho; brother-in-law, Rodney Dugas; and his children, Troy, Chad, Trent and Katlyn, and their children Braedyn and Braxton; brother-in-law, Patrick Dugas and wife Tina of Duson; his children Cynthia LaBiche and husband Joey; and Torie and Stacey Dugas; mother-in-law, Hilda Dugas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eldrige Leger and Lula Mae Lantier Poncho; and his father-in-law, Willie Dugas; and his step father Jerome Poncho.

He was born Friday, August 5, 1949 in Acadia Parish, Son of Eldrige Leger and Lula Mae Lantier Poncho.

Friends will be received 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M., Friday, March 15 and 8:00 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. Saturday, March 16, 2013. at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, LA.
