The victim was identified as Sanda Hadley.
She died shortly before 11 p.m. on July 26 when her 1997 Ford Mustang, which was northbound, ran off the road into the ditch, striking several driverways and overturning.
Hadley was not wearing a seat belt at the time.
Investigators said there was no evidence Hadley hit the brakes or swerved.
Neither alcohol nor drugs is believed to be a factor in the crash.
