CROWLEY – Crowley police are continuing their investigation into Wednesday’s homicide which occurred on the 200 block of 14th Street shortly after 1 a.m.

Police have officially charged three juvenile with the murder of Linda Bonin, 45, of Crowley and the attempted murder of Ryan Snow, 19 of Crowley.

The suspects have been transferred to local juvenile facilities pending a 72-hour hearing in District Court. All three suspects have been charged with First Degree Murder, Attempted First Degree Murder and Sexual Battery. In all probability, the three will be charged as adults.

Crowley police have stated that they believe the motive of the crime was a robbery involving narcotics. The three suspects apparently were looking for a man who was not at the residence at the time.

The names of the suspects cannot be released by law since the suspects are all juveniles.
