A birthday celebration was held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 in honor of little Bennett Dartez who turned one. His actualbirth date is March 15th.

The birthday boy was joined by family and friends at Cravin Crawfish to help him celebrate his first birthday. Immediate family members included his parents, Jenna Dronet and Chase Dartez of Crowley, his sibling, Kaden Dartez, his maternal grandparents, Mike and Lu Dronet of Crowley and his paternal grandparents, Adana Monceaux of Crowley and Shad and Rachael Mouton of Roberts Cove.

Bennet’s godparents are Kaesha Carriere and Justin Fontenot, both of Crowley.

Approximately 27 guests attended and were treated to refreshments of chips and dip, white and blue birthday cake featuring a photo of the honoree, cupcakes, sandwiches, ham and cheese tray and drinks. For entertainment the guests played arcade games.

Out of town guests traveled from Denham Springs and Roberts Cove.
