THE 2010 PETITE OYSTER QUEEN is Jocelyn Faith Stewart. She is the five-year-old daughter of Josh and Katrina Stewart. First runner up is Emilee Isabella Casanova, the six-year-old daughter of David and Marsha Casanova and second runner up is Brooklyn Renee' Brown, the daughter of Joel Brown Jr. and Amanda Brown. Jocelyn Stewart also received the photogenic and fashion award.
