Authorities work the scene of the discovery of a dead body near the Egan Exit off the side of westbound I-10 Wednesday. Details were still sketchy as of press time.
Traffic was slowed along I-10 west as all cars and trucks moved to the inside lane so law enforcement and members of the Acadia Parish Coroner’s Office could do their work.
