The couple will wed January 9 2010 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Crowley. Father Mark Derise and Msgr. Robert Angelle will officiate the 6:30 p.m. nuptial Mass.
The event hosted by the brides godparents, Todd and Tina Viator, was held at their home in Broussard. A beautiful buttercream cake was served in the dining room along with an array of wines and champagnes. After a social hour, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner of jambalaya and all the trimmings followed by bread pudding for dessert.
The patio was decorated with black and white tablecloths and lighted with tiki torches.
The bride-to-be was presented with a corsage of off white lilies. The event’s hostesses as well as the couple’s mothers and grandmothers also wore matching corsages.
Regan is the daughter of Durwood “Dirk” and Heidi Viator of New Iberia She is the granddaughter of and Linda Viator of New Iberia and John Dan and Peggy Gielen of Crowley.
Blaine is the son of Todd and Gayle Lormand of Crowley. He is the grandson of Rose Millet and the late Warren Thomas Millet, Sr. and Loyce and Eula Mae Lormand all of Crowley.
