Michael and Ludell Dronet, of Crowley, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Jennifer Paige Dronet to Chase Avery Dartez, son of Adana Lebleu of Crowley and Shad Mouton of Rayne.

Jennifer is the granddaughter of Olympe Dronet of Crowley. She is a 2002 graduate of Crowley High School and currently is employed at the Rice Research Station of LSU in Crowley.

Chase is the grandson of Callie Monceaux of Crowley and Edwin and Ann Mouton of Rayne. He is a 2001 graduate of Crowley High School and is currently employed by Performance Contractors in Baton Rouge.

The couple is planning a 5 p.m. ceremony at the Grand Opera House of the South in Crowley. Jimmy Broussard will officiate the March 27, 2010 event.

The couple plan to reside in Crowley following their wedding.
