Crowley Police have arrested two Crowley men on different but related sex crimes. The incident was reported to police on March 11, 2010. “Investigators discovered that a 13-year-old female was being treated at a local hospital regarding what was believed to be a sexual assault. An investigation ensued and it was discovered that two separate incidents occurred, however are related” stated Chief K.P. Gibson.

Earlier in the evening on March 11, the victim met one of the suspects at a residence and had consensual sex. The suspect being over the age of 18 and the defendant being 13 years of age led to the charge of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

The second suspect was arrested after it was discovered that he tried to convince the same female to have sex with him after the first incident. As the second suspect attempted to advance on the female, he was refused before sexual intercourse occurred. His actions however led to his being charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Investigators with the Crowley Police Department have arrested:

Derrick Breaux, 21 of Crowley who has been charged with felony carnal knowledge. His bond has been set at $40,000

Patrick Guillory, 20 of Crowley who has been charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile. His bond has been set at $40,000.
