St. Martinville – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Agnes Savoy Mallery, 89, who passed away on Friday, May 30, 2008, at Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia.

Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.

She was a member of the Good Will Society.

Survivors include her sons, Francis Mallery of Lake Charles, Felton Mallery of New Iberia, and Albert Mallery and Davis Mallery of Houston, Texas; her daughters, Judy Etienne of Orange Park, Fla., Helen Carter of Lake Charles, Margaret Mallery of Orange Park, Fla., and Bessie Mallery of St. Martinville; her sisters, Dorothy Robertson of St. Martinville, Mrs. Manning (Lillie Mae) Washington of Broussard; 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Mallery; two brothers, Wilmer and Walter Savoy; her sister, Alberta Fontenette; and two grandchildren.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 7 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.

A rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
