Tammy Hammond, currently serving on Pine Prairie’s Village Council, announces her bid for re-election in the up-coming October 4th, election. Hammond’s announcement follows:

“I am Tammy Hammond, and I am running for re-election as a member of Pine Prairie’s Village Council. I am a lifelong resident of Pine Prairie and daughter of the late Terrel McCauley and Magretta McCauley. I am married to John Hammond and have four children, Danyelle, Alycia and Brooke McDaniel and Alexis Hammond.

“As a teacher at Pine Prairie High School for the past 24 years and an active community supporter, my goal is to create a brighter future for our children. I have been the ball park commissioner for the past five years and have prompted many improvements. I hope to continue to work with the citizens of Pine Prairie to move our community forward. I am motivated and determined to work with the people to strengthen our community. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Vote #89!”

She closed with, “Thanks for your consideration,” and signed it Tammy Hammond.
