Funeral services were held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel Monday, August 25, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. for Randel Gene Arsement, 53, who died Friday, August 22, 2008.
Interment was in the St. Joseph Cemetery # 2, Rayne.
Surviving are halfbrother, Patrick Dale Arceneaux and wife Cathi of Sunset; sister, Brenda Malbrough and husband Clifton of Rayne; half-sister, Parrie Guidry and husband Edmond of Lyons Point; step-father, Charles Arceneaux of Rayne, a companion, Audrey Lyons, and her children, Angela Lyons, Douglas Lyons and Sid Lyons, all of Lake Arthur.
He was born Thursday, November 25, 1954 in Rayne, son of the late Lawrence Arsement and the late Pearl Chaisson Arceneaux.
Friends were received from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., Sunday, August 24, and 8:00 a.m. until service, Monday, August 25, 2008.
