Mrs. Diana Guidry O’Steen, 58, of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Friday, October 3, 2008, in D’Iberville, Miss.
Mrs. O’Steen was born in Lafayette, LA, and had been a resident of Ocean Springs for the past 13 years. She loved to cook and entertain and was a big fan of the New Orleans Saints and LSU football. She enjoyed special holidays with the love of her family and friends.
She is survived by her companion, Tommy Howkins of Ocean Springs, Miss.; daughter, Jennifer Autin of Youngsville; step-daughter, Brianna Howkins of Ocean Springs, Miss.; one son-in-law, Brandon Autin of Youngsville; her godchildren, Jeremy Lavergne, Dina Rhymes and Laura Hebert; sister, Sandra Lavergne of Rayne; and one grandchild, Adelyn Autin of Youngsville.
Mrs. O’Steen was preceded in death by her parents, John M.B. Guidry and Evelyn Simon Trahan, and stepfather, J.B. Trahan.
A memorial service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rayne at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 11.
