Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Daniel Besse officiating, for Farrell Lynn Alleman, 50, who died at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2008, at his home in Duson.
Burial followed at St. Theresa Cemetery in Duson.
Visitation was observed Thursday, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
He leaves to mourn his parents, Laura Mae and Joseph (Joe) Alleman; two sisters, Eldean and her husband Harold Comeaux, and Nacklyn Alleman and spouse Darrell Credeur; two nieces, Tessica Lantier; and Tiree, a godchild, and her husband David Champagne, all of Duson; six nieces; and one great-great-niece.
Pallbearers were Tiree Champagne, Trent Champagne, Carroll Alleman, Bozo Cormier, Karl Guidry and Mark Lantier. 
Honorary pallbearers were Harold Comeaux, Darrell Credeur and David Champagne. 
The family thanked Journey Hospice for wonderful care of their son and brother.
