The class is free and open to the public and will cover topics on repairing credit, budgeting, and obtaining financing.
Certificates will be awarded to class participants and a housing specialist will be on hand to answer questions on the homebuyer process.
Refreshments will be served and door prizes given away.
“So if you are tired of renting and want to get into a house with no money down, this is one class you don’t want to miss,” organizer Kemmeka Davis said.
The class is free but space is limited so pre-registration is required. Those wishing to participate are asked to contact Davis by calling 749-5601 to reserve a seat.
