Glynis Fournerat, 46, changed her plea from not guilty and the state dropped domestic abuse battery, criminal trespassing and violation of protective order charges against her.
A pre-sentencing investigation is being conducted, with the stipulation that 10 years hard labor is the maximum sentence that will be considered and that whatever the sentence is will run concurrent with any other sentence or conviction of Fournerat.
She has pleaded no contest in St. Landry Parish to two counts of solicitation for murder.
Fournerat is awaiting Aug. 17 sentencing for trying to hire an undercover officer last October to kill Logan Fournerat and his girlfriend.
The aggravated burglary occurred in July of last year.
In the St. Landry cases, the defendant faces a minimum of five years and a maximum of 50 years in prison.
