Survivors include her husband Randy Dugas of Scott; two daughters, Angelique and husband Michael Berry of Tacoma WA and Michelle Salinas of Abbeville; two sons, David and wife Melissa Dugas of Kaplan and Jesse and wife Kristen Dugas of Mire; five grandchildren; her father, Pete Lizarraga of Bakersfield, CA; one sister, Teresa Luna of San Bernadino, CA; three brothers, Joe Luna of Indian Bayou, Michael Lizarraga of Bakersfield, CA. and Victor Luna of Tulare, CA.
Rosa is preceded in death by one son, John Salinas; her mother, Lydia M. Lizarraga; one brother, Peter Lizarraga; her grandmother.
